MY Perfect Leo by Emilee
It all started when some good friends of ours started talking about breeding their two Leos. They offered to sell us a pup for less than normal asking price in exchange for some free lawn maintenance and some assistance from myself. I was overwhelmed and terribly excited!
On May 22, 1999 10 babybergers were born unto CH.Berjlion Magica Mandel and Beauregard von. Alpensee! Unfortunately only 8 survived: 3 girls and 5 boys. One of those girls was to be MINE!!! I waited and waited... it was SO much fun watching them grow and develop into playful,BEAUTIFUL puppies!
I had my eye on two, "Buttercup" and "Miss Violet", They were both very sweet. I enjoyed playing with them and waiting for the day to come that I might bring one home. After the evaluation, it was decided that I would be taking home the pick of the litter, Miss Violet - soon to be known as Arianna (AKA Ari) .
She is absolutely gorgeous! I cannot thank Carole and Jeff Goldberg enough! Ari is all I could have ever asked for, beatiful,sweet, well tempered.... Since the day I brought her home she has been in 2 shows and taken 4th(out of 4), but with more trainning I know she will eventually come out on top. She is, was and will ALWAYS be MY perfect Leo! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!!!
