Breeding Policy: Norway has a very strict breeding policy for Leonbergers. There is a Breeding Committee that contains a leader and four members elected among the members in the Club. All the breeders in Norway have to apply to this committee before they do the breeding. The committee has to approve all the breeding in each case.
