Bo Diddley

Bo's a laid-back agility dog, as his person, Carole Goldberg, writes:

Our dog, Beauregard von Alpensee, has dabbled in agility.... he has taken two classes, a Beginning & an Intermediate.

Altho' Bo goes thru' all of the obstacles, he definitely goes at his own pace and can be timed with a sundial! We are not planning any competitive agility at this time, but really enjoy the courses and do plan to take more.

When it comes to Bo's favorite obstacles, we think he likes tunnels best. He enters swiftly, but doesn't appear at the other end for quite some time. While waiting for him, you can hear the sound of crunching as Bo cleans up after other canines have been careless with their "cookies".... he will sometimes even pause for a quick nap! The A-frame allows him the ability to leap to the top and then pause to survey his domain. The weave poles are probably his least favorite since he has to go through tremendous contortions just to get his body wrapped around them in three different places!
